From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by Antonio and Claudio – two hosts who truly know how to make their guests feel at home and cared for. 🏡 The accommodation is fantastic – tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with an atmosphere of peace and beauty. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are cozy, and the view from the terrace is absolutely magical. Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying morning coffee in the sun was a highlight every day. 🍽️ Breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning – fresh local ingredients, homemade treats, and always served with a smile. Antonio and Claudio took the time to talk with us, share local tips, and show their passion for the place. 🌿 The garden and surroundings are like a dream – lush, tranquil, and just steps from the beach. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy life. 💬 Antonio and Claudio are the heart of Villa Dei Principi. Their warmth, care, and professionalism make all the difference. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Absolute paradise. Susy the host is amazing and is probably the best host I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The room is great, extremely clean, stocked with breakfast essentials every day. The balcony is great with a picture perfect view of Positano. Please stay here if you get the chance!

We absolutely loved the property! It was amazing! The views from all the windows and decks were beautiful! There was so much space outside. The bathrooms were lovely and the bedrooms very comfortable. It had a cute little kitchen, well equipped. The host was very attentive and kind. He left a wonderful breakfast for us and lots of lollies for the kids. The apartment was in a convenient location, on the path going down to the beach. There were quite a few steps to get to the apartment but that is to be expected in Positano. The steps were not too bad at all! We definitely recommend this property!

A wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, spacious, and full of charm – a place with real soul and a sense of harmony. The traditional tiled floors stole my heart the moment I walked in. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The large terrace and windows offered a stunning view, with soft sounds of the town and distant music drifting in – never too loud, just enough to make you feel alive. It was wonderfully romantic, perfect for quiet conversations and long, lazy evenings. Great location – about 20 minutes on foot to Marina Grande, with a bus stop just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made in the morning. A real bonus is the cozy, family-run restaurant downstairs. We had one of the best pizzas we've ever tasted! Normally I can’t finish a whole pizza by myself... but this one? I ate it like a delicate cloud, and didn’t even notice when it disappeared. I only wish I could find pizza like that back in Ireland – though I doubt it would ever taste the same without the Italian charm (or the view 😉). The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended!

I just love this place! The property is very spacious and clean. It is very beautiful as well - two balconies with sea sight and mountain sight on each sides. It is very easy to get to with bus - two bus stops are just beside the property one is for Sita bus (come in and get out of Positano) and one for local bus with that you can get around Positano. There are a small grocery store and convenient store beside the property, you can buy all you need for your staying - simply breakfast, bus tickets....I even dropped my post card in the convenient store. The host is very nice and helpful - We got off the bus and went to wrong direction. The host told us to stay on the point and came to meet us which means a lot to us.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 romantic nights at this hotel, and I have to say that it has the most perfect view of the sea, especially at night when the lights of the whole positano are so beautiful. The breakfast was also very rich and personalised! The jacuzzi in the garden was also very comfortable. There is free parking and someone will turn the door to help you take your suitcase to the hotel, the only thing is that the hills are tiring and may not be very convenient for the older ones.

It was a very comfortable property located at the top of the cliff with the most gorgeous view. We couldn’t get over the beautiful view of the coast! The room was spacious and the balcony was clean and beautiful. Marina made the stay so comfortable with her always being available on the phone, guiding us to the parking lot personally and helping us get around the place in the best way! Marina’s customer service was top notch!

Great location, walking distance to everywhere in positano, right in the heart. Wish we had spent more time here. Lorenzo, whose family has been at the residence for 7 generations, was wonderful. There is parking nearby, we left our luggage in the car and went to capri for 2 nights, everything was well looked after by the attendants when we got back. When we arrived Lorenzo met us outside, he was very sweet and helped with the bags. We received a complimentary mini bar which was great.

The host’s son handed the keys, showed us around the house. Also parked our car for us. She kept us updated and gave clear instructions on WhatsApp guiding us through to the property. The car parking was right below and lovely restaurants and views just a hop skip and jump away. She gave us excellent directions to enjoy the rest of Positano, using public transport. We took the steps down to the beach and took the bus back.

The location and view 10/10 if you want to get away from the large crowds this is the place. You are steps away from Positano. The breakfast was a spread and truly made with love and sets you up for the day . There are really nice restaurants a stone throw away. Our favorite was Donna Rosa. A nice touch is there is free parking but please note it’s easily accessible by bus that goes on the hour from Positano.

Amazing view , really clean, the guys ( sorry I forgot the name) at the reception was really nice and helpful, we got a free upgrade for the room, and the breakfast was really good! And free parking which is good to have in Positano!

Very beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean apartment!!! Amazing views of Positano from the balcony as well as from the small windows inside! Davide and his wife are extremely polite and helpful!!! They made us feel very welcomed and helped us with everything we asked, eg parking, valet service, porter, restaurants etc. The apartment is situated in a very nice area, quiet and close to everything!

I adored this hotel. The location was perfect. Car parking garage right beside it which we made use of. The interior was stunning. The staff were so kind and helpful. We got beautiful breakfast to the room. Our room was probably my favourite of all our stays over our three week holiday around Italy. It was so quirky and beautifully designed with a small balcony and amazing views of the town. Loads of space and super comfy bed. The hotel alone made us want to revisit.
