The hotel is located practically at the seafront, not too far from the railway station (about 20-24' on foot). The room and all hotel areas were very clean and tidy. Also, the room was very quiet. The hotel staff was polite, should good English, was efficient and attentive, with the reception remaining open 24/7. To top all these, the breakfast buffet was quite rich with plenty of options to choose from.

This is a great place to stay for couple of days. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. A/C works very well during summer heat. There is small refrigerator, microwave, cofee mashine and an electric pot to boil water (for tea drinkers in this coffee-everywhere-country). Bathroom was sterile clean and well equipped. 3 minutes walking you will have a big grocery shop to buy anything you need. it takes 10 minutes to reach the please from the railway station.

Dai Ventu is an exceptional property, if I could give it an 11/10 I would have!! The location is perfect, the house is an architectural marvel (beautifully restored and upgraded as bio-architecture), and Mena, the hostess, is helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. Breakfast was incredible - Mena handmakes everything (bread, jams, cakes, eggs etc) and her cooking is outstanding. And a special mention to Gus, the property pup, who is a real character. We will be returning!!

From the first moment we entered until we left, Diana (Guest Relations) and her team treated us like royalty. Everyone was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The room was stunning (along with the view). The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic (feather or memory foam!). The beach set up was luxurious and not crowded like the other hotels. The dining was top notch including the wine. We ate on the beach twice and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and the coffee was good. The spa and wellness were clean and comfortable. We also had a couples massage which was very relaxing. Excelsior is a wonderful experience and we would recommend it highly.

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The location is absolutely divine – peaceful, picturesque, and close to everything you could need. The garden is simply breathtaking, like a little oasis where you can truly relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the experience even more special. The owner is truly lovely – thoughtful, generous, and genuinely cares about his guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels like home away from home, but this one truly does. I can’t recommend it enough and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel provided a fantastic experience, perfectly blending modern, elegant design with pristine, new facilities. The rooms are spacious, highly functional, and boast a truly stunning sea view. The entire staff, from Reception to the room and breakfast service, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. A special commendation goes to Dany and the entire kitchen staff for preparing the excellent breakfast; the selection was wide, varied, and delicious. This hotel absolutely sets the standard for a four-star stay. We will definitely choose to return here if we visit Pesaro again.
