Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views. So peaceful. The hosts were truly welcoming and helpful and so kind. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with beautiful far views over the countryside and lake. Delicious breakfast and home made cakes/tortes. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space, air conditioning was great. Perfect in every way.

We liked the modern furnished room with the terrace and beautiful surroundings. The nice gesture at our arrival was that the owner (daughter) offered as an aperitif and she also gave us small presents (home-made bread - something like rolled grissini). The owners did not speak English, but the friend of the daughter arrived and helped with the translation. They also helped us a lot to find the premises (since we had some problems with the car navigation).

Incredible! This was incredible! The location, the rooms, the host, the breakfast, everything was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything more! If you are looking for a plant-based/ vegan breakfast, the host is ready to prepare and shop whatever you might like because it's such a customer centric accommodation. We stayed mid October. We had a great stay despite weather was not ideal. So we couldn’t use the fantastic pool. But we had a fantastic breakfast each morning served by the owner outside or, on rainy days, inside. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property is large and our kids had much fun with the dog and the cats. It’s just a short drive to the beaches and also Otranto is in easy reach. Definitely recommend this place.

The room was very spacious. It spreads over 2 floors and outer sitting area. There was A/C on both floors which was very convenient for us. The staff was kind and professional. Big plus to have a private parking lot. It is strategically located as it is only a few minutes away from the old town by car and a 25 minute walking (which is the only way to get there) distance to a pristine rocky beach. Simple Italian breakfast was nice to have in the mornings.
