Great big apartment, great lady owner who went out of her way to accommodate us in everything, including late check out! A short walk from the station, 10 minutes walk to the center. Communication was great, we got tips on restaurants, tourist attractions and the owner was always available.

The apartment was comfortable and exceptionally quiet. It had all necessary kitchen facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The apartment was immaculately clean. Most importantly, Stefano (the owner) gave spectacularly good help. First, he came and guided us to find a parking spot (parking in the vicinity being controlled), helped with the complexities of the (italian language) parking meter and the drove us from our parked car to the apartment. He also explained the locations of important archeological sites and the related museum. His range of other local tourist information was comprehensive. Stefano and his apartment are treasures for a visit to Oristano - highly recommended.

Once you get there, you drive into a fairly large courtyard so it’s ideal for people with motorbikes (area which is covered) or cars. The owner is one of a kind, charming and loveable, and speaks excellent English (ex English teacher). The breakfast area which is full of natural light at breakfast time reminds one of a school refectory- really sweet. During breakfast the host provides for excellent charming conversations. the room was very big for 4 people, the kids had their own corner, the breakfast was great, with everything you need. close to the beach , parking lot inside, the pool is clean and open until 9 in the evening. it was very hot in the night because we couldn't keep the ac on during the night because of the kids, but this is our choice. beautiful garden, clearly we recommend it! thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one

Nice hotel, rooms are kinda old, but still good. Nice breakfest, free parking on the street in front. Great for a short stay and visit on a Quartz beach.

It was well presented at first. It was spacious and nicely styled. And a thoughtful gift of a stylish necklace from the owner. Parking nearby was quite easy. The best places to see are a short drive from Oristano namely Tharros. And stunning archeological museum in Cabras.

Great location - right near the centre, comfortable beds with good linen; very clean and the host was extremely responsive and helpful; parking was close and also relatively easy in a car park behind the apartment. The owner is an artist and we received a hand made necklace as a gift for staying - really lovely.
