The hosts Lizette and Pascal were phenomenal, made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. It has a very relaxed and homely feel and the place is spotless. The breakfast was served on the terrace and Pascal is a wonderful cook with produce grown from their garden. I really want to return as they have plans to run cooking classes. Thank you both for such a lively stay.

only 10min walk to the quiet beach and local beach bar and 20min to small marina with 3 restaurant and lemon farm with restaurant 5min.. Our host, Vincenzo, was very helpful organising a boat trip with other guests from the nearby marina to Capri. We got the bus to Sorrento to collect our car rental on day two.

Very spacious rooms, beautiful view, beautiful grounds, very clean and staff were truly amazing and accomadating. Almost like family. The area was wonderful, central and very relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast in their beautiful garden. Away from city style hotels. Breakfast was amazing. I am celiac and they went out of their way to accomadate me with gluten free breakfast and dairy free breakfast.

Taverna Del Capitano exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the staff were all so kind and attentive. The views are amazing as the property is situated on the beach. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Having access to the beach lounges was a major plus - no extra charge. We recommend ordering a nerano spritz while lounging at the beach, this came with complimentary Sicilian olives which were the best olives we have ever tasted. We ate dinner at the restaurant our first night and it was incredible! Nerano is a beautiful quiet beach town. However you have easy access to day trips to capri or positano from the ferry which is right in front of the hotel - $50 euro per person. We also hired a boat for the day with some friends which is a fun activity we recommend - $200 euro plus fuel no license required. Overall would recommend to anyone - this part of our trip was an absolute highlight!

The building is really nice, 150 years old and you can feel the history from the interior decoration. It is a farm house, we enjoy the garden the view in the terrace where we have our really good breakfast. Cristiano the host is a really nice and energetic person, he helps us to get to the property and when we have the have the problem booking the ferry back to Napoli he helps us a lot. We have a pizza class at night and I made the first pizza in my life. Anyway, the view from the terrace is so good you can see all the surrounding island and the lemon tree farm.
