An extremely beautiful place, at an altitude of around 2000 m.a.s.l., a beautiful view directly from the interior. Casa Noemi is a very nice modern house with an architecture sensitive to its surroundings. High-quality construction and material solution, very tasteful interior, excellently equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort. Quiet nights, fragrant meadows, beautiful mornings, tinkling of cowbells somewhere in the distance. Not far away in the neighborhood, a rooster crowed in the morning and he also sounded a beautiful bel canto. We were really excited and captivated.

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

The host of this small hotel is an amazing person. He serves you with a smile and makes sure you have (more then) enough of everything. The rooms are pleasantly cool, with a small terras to see the beautifull surrounding. Breakfast seems small at first but the longer you are sitting at the table, the more food is brought out of the kitchen. Definitely the place to be in Livigno.

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

The best place for bikers, a huge and spacious storage room with all possible facilities (even a washing machine). The rooms are modern, cozy and very well equipped, without unnecessary items. Finally someone "invented" open shelves with plenty of hangers and a place to leave open suitcases :) The bathroom is very spacious with plenty of space to put cosmetics etc. Spacious parking lot.

A cosy, family run hotel in a traditional alpine-style building, located in the centre (or very near, as far as can be determined) of Livigno. It is in the pedestrian zone, but the free parking (and luggage access) is right next to the hotel. The room was confortable enough, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was also plentiful with all the traditional continental options.

Everything was perfect. Contact with the owner, location. Apartment is well equipped, spacious with the balcony, comfortable bed. there is underground parking and secured ski storage. Located in the center. Next door there is bus stop, restaurants and shops.

La Grolla is perfect, location, quality of accomodation, they have a great restaurant, they are right in the middle of the pedestrian zone, they have great underground parking, Marina and the Team are fantastic, we would go there again 10 out od 10 😀😀😀😀😀😀

Very nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything you need, located just next to ski lift. You can keep your ski equipment at the ski rental located in the next building and your car in the underground parking nearby as well.
