Amazing Stay in Trepalle! Everything about our stay was excellent. The host was incredibly accommodating, meeting us ahead of time to hand over the keys at our request, which was very convenient. The place was immaculate—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, making cooking a pleasure. The apartment is brand new, and everything—from the furniture to the bed and linens—is of good quality. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from the balcony, as Trepalle sits even higher than Livigno city, offering stunning scenery. During our stay, we experienced heavy snowfall, and the property's caretaker went above and beyond, helping us put chains on our tires while ensuring the roads were constantly cleared for guests' convenience. We later learned that the house is managed by a wonderful couple, both of whom were extremely kind and helpful.

The location is about 10 minutes by car from Livigno, so having your own vehicle is ideal. Everything works flawlessly through self-service, and the communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is wonderful, the orientation is perfect, the sun shines all day long. From every window you can see the mountains, the stream, the herd of grazing cows. The local shops are close and the service is good. An excellent restaurant is a short walk away. The internal distribution is very convenient. The connection between the terrace and the garden is fantastic. We went cycling, we visited wonderful places. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The sauna and jacuzzi in the garden were a great experience in the evenings.

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

The best place for bikers, a huge and spacious storage room with all possible facilities (even a washing machine). The rooms are modern, cozy and very well equipped, without unnecessary items. Finally someone "invented" open shelves with plenty of hangers and a place to leave open suitcases :) The bathroom is very spacious with plenty of space to put cosmetics etc. Spacious parking lot.

A cosy, family run hotel in a traditional alpine-style building, located in the centre (or very near, as far as can be determined) of Livigno. It is in the pedestrian zone, but the free parking (and luggage access) is right next to the hotel. The room was confortable enough, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was also plentiful with all the traditional continental options.

Everything was perfect. Contact with the owner, location. Apartment is well equipped, spacious with the balcony, comfortable bed. there is underground parking and secured ski storage. Located in the center. Next door there is bus stop, restaurants and shops.

Very nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything you need, located just next to ski lift. You can keep your ski equipment at the ski rental located in the next building and your car in the underground parking nearby as well.
