An excellent location next to the beach with balcony with fantastic view. A proximity (walking distance) of main square of Lerici with very good restaurants for different choice. Room was not very big but reasonable. Price was very attractive (may happen, it is off-season only?). Breakfast was very rich for every taste. Staff was very friendly and willing to help or give advice, here I would specially mention Ricardo.

Absolutely stunning hotel, with state-of-the-art technology and design features throughout! It's a short drive to some of the gorgeous villages of the Ligurian coast, and a short way from the motorway. Although we booked the basic room last-minute, we were given a fabulous room with massive sliding patio doors offering a wonderful view of the valley and hills. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The bed was of extremely good quality, and we found it very comfortable and spacious. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean and tastefully chosen with the well-being of the guests in mind. The bathroom is spacious with several interesting design features. We especially appreciated the complimentary 24-hour buffet and bar, and chilling on the sofas on the amazing sun terrace. The breakfast offered a good variety of sweet and savoury delicacies & drink options. The owner certainly has excellent taste and takes great pride in all aesthetic aspects, with great attention to detail. All the staff were friendly and professional. We can't recommend it enough! We will be back!

Great terraces and very special 180 degree sea view - this was the best part of the whole place. Right in the middle of the town, close to restaurants and shops. We were right under the castle with actual castle walls surrounding the apartment, that kept it cool, plus the air condition worked well too. Quite a lot of room - very spacious, large apartment. Had a welcome champagne and water waiting for us. Wifi was strong.

Convenient location with parking lot, right outside the ZTL. The host was very friendly and flexible. There is a free bus stop right outside the door. The bus does loop around the area, which is very convenient! The apartment is new, clean and well designed.

Very friendly owner with lots of good information and advice about the area. Apartment is very clean and location is great (also for who comes with a car as there is free parking).

Very reasonably priced but decent and fairly new accommodation just a few bus-minutes from the center of Lerici. Bus connections at least once in hour (but not late evening), so you can park the car at the hotel and just ride and walk. Tickets sold at the reception. Interesting entrance through an elevator. Very nice staff. The owner is taking personally care of parking so that more cars could be fit.

The included breakfast was fantastic, especially the American coffee. They offered everything from hot eggs and meats, pancakes and waffles, assorted fruit & yogurt, meats and cheeses. WE LOVED the free parking on site. We loved the path we were able to walk down to the main square. And we loved the view. High on the hill, but easy to walk down. It was the perfect place to stay. And the staff was so friendly

Room size was decent. Free shuttle minibus station 50m away. Has a restaurant(we didn't eat there but had good reviews), Has Free parking. Coffee was good.

Clean and comfortable hotel and friendly staff with private onsite parking and super views across bay and only a few minutes walk down straight into the centre of Lerici where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and a ferry terminal for trips to Cinque Terre.
