We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was large, clean with comfortable beds. There was a good sized bathroom. We had a car and parking on the property was an added bonus. The breakfast, which was included, was wonderful.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, 3 minutes to the bus stop, 5 minutes to the sea, the store is on the other side of the street, 10 minutes' walking to Lidl and other supermarkets, cafes are in 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. A big balcony.

The apartment was great and big and clean with all what is needed. The host (Matteo) was absolutely wonderful and very helpful and kind with good advices. The location is not far from the beach and from other places of interest. There is a good restaurant nearby (evening only). The swimming pool with the view was the cherry on the cake.

Comfortable bed, big and usefull kitchen with everything you need, nice bathroom with all you need except a cup for toothbrush to keep, washing machine. Friendly host. Appartaments are quite big with a corridor to other rooms, we even had a joke that we can lost among the doors. Near the appartaments is supermarket, pizzeria around the corner. Breakfast was milk, juice and water in the fridge and packed long term croissants, cookies, jams. The train goes near but it is silent and rarely so it's no matter. The parking in general is on the street in front of the appartaments but also there is a small space in the yard of the appartaments. Nice garden which will be even more beautiful when new trees grow up.

The location was great. I wasn't sure if we would prefer to stay more in the heart of Francavilla al Mare (just a 5 minute drive away) but I think it was the right choice to be a bit away from the center. Easy parking, quiet, nice places to eat in walking distance. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions and welcomed us to the town. It was so nice to have coffee on the balcony in the morning and look at the Adriatic.
