I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights, and it truly felt like visiting a beloved family member in Fiumicino. From the moment we arrived, Fausto went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our late arrival, he kindly picked us up from the airport and even took us for a delightful coffee and croissant the next morning before dropping us at the train station. The accommodation itself gives more of an Airbnb vibe; homely, comfortable, and well-equipped. It comes with all the essentials like a kitchen, microwave, fridge, and more. The space was clean, nicely maintained, and surprisingly spacious, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. We travelled to Rome central area from Fiumicino station every day during our stay, and each night, Fausto was there to pick us up from the station. He even took us to a fantastic local restaurant, Mimmo, which made our stay even more memorable. His genuine warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality are simply unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back. Grazie mille, Fausto!

What a wonderful and peaceful place! Everything was clean and cozy - just perfect for a nice stay to calm down and recharge your energy after a big city trip to Rome. The host was so nice and helpful with everything, she even gave us some sweets as she welcomed us in person. Unfortunately we just stayed for only one night as we wanted to avoid the chaotic traffic in Rome on our last day but we'd definitely loved to come back again for a longer stay. Frederica even recommended us to try an awesome little restaurant nearby just a few steps away from the place - please have some dinner there! They make the best pasta in the world! The appartment was very clean and priceworthy. Even though it was situated close to the AirPort, there was no disturbing noice inside. We had a good nights sleep before early flight. Our children loved the breakfast snacks. The owner also helped us arrange a taxi/transfer to the AirPort. Perfect over-night stay!

Very kind reception staff, congratulations to Mateo who is very kind and provides all the necessary information. The parking lot is covered, I had a rental car and I always found a place there. Quite clean in the room but you have to ask for it to be done daily, lots of towels. I had room 406 on the 2nd floor, quiet, it depends on who stays in the neighboring rooms. Air conditioning ok.

We were looking for something close to the airport for one night - the apartment was perfect. Very close to the sea and the shop. Very, very nice hostess. There was a common kitchen with a coffee machine, a refrigerator. No problem with a car parking, easy to check in - the hostess lives on site.
