From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception, who looked after us extremely well. A wonderful mountain hut surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Each room has a large window with a view of the mountains. Wonderfully relaxing and an excellent place to spend a couple of days away from everything. Great walks and plenty of fresh air. Wonderful young couple who are very welcoming and excellent hosts. New apartment. Extremely clean and tidy. Two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen provide a pleasant stay. Large terrace and parking. There is skii boot room for skiis with heaters for boots. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is spacious, new and tidy. Alexandra, the hostess, was available and friendly. There is a grocery store across the street, and also a bus station for ski bus to Kronplatz. I recommend the accommodation.

Spacious, very clean, and comfortable apartment with everything you need for skiing holidays, including a good boot dryer. Good parking space, easy to reach Kronplatz by car. Also, conveniently close to the center of Falzes on foot (with a grocery store, bakery, and bus stop).

+ microwave oven is in the kitchen (this is not a standard in Italy :-) + spacious parking lot + The Kronplatz ski slopes are about 15 minutes by car. (Unfortunately, you typically go through Bruneck with some traffic jams at roundabouts) + One bathroom has a shower and a bath and a toilet and a sink and a bidet. The other bathroom has a toilet and a conveniently large sink . Each bathroom has a standalone fan.

The appmt is located in a fairly new building with free parking and a separate room for ski and boot heating in the basement. The interior is clean, modern and valuable, everything is functional, warm and comfortable with balcony access. The view is grand. The host, Alexandra, was very charming and friendly, trying to make our stay good and free of any problems. Ask for Alexandra’s self made Knoedels (dumplings). A well sorted supermarket is across the street. A ski bus stop is very close by.
