The location was close to Caimpino airport. For a small charge I chose the pick up which was quick and convenient. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Alessandro was very helpful and kind. Showed me everything I needed. There is a restaurant conveniently located downstairs with a great menu and lovely staff. The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. I unexpectedly required a document to be printed off, for which I required for my next day travel and again Alessandro saved the day and made it happen. I had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife. All I can say is 2 great people that it just made the overall experience such a pleasure. Infact I decided to reserve the same place on my journey back home to Canada. I highly recommend this place. Along with the hospitality, convenience, its also very reasonably priced.

The owner greeted on arrival. and was given a wonderful spacious quiet room with a small balcony and a great contemporary bath with excellent shower. Convenience of a dining breakfast room that offered self serve coffee and tea etc and all well thought out . There is conveniet piizza place and a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The owner also so generously pre arranged to drive me to a very early AM departure at a very nominal fee.

Plaza Rooms exceeded our expectations in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast and communication. Christo was extremely friendly and helpful. We easily took the train to and from Rome everyday. It was nice going back to the slower pace in Ciampino for the evening. Fantastic stay! Thank you Christo and staff!

Good quality stay. Drive to the airport is 5 minutes. Found a street parking right in front of the apartment. We arrived late, around 11 pm to the apartment and Christos came to give us the keys. He was very professional and friendly. It was lovely to speak with him.

Good free parking was available. It was very clean and felt secure. It is located within walking distance of Ciampino rail station which is a 15 minute journey time to Rome Termini. Check in is 2pm which is earlier than some places and there is 24 hour reception. Would definitely return.

Easy to find, good location, quiet street and free parking a bonus. Good sized room and both it and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. Great to have the little kitchen and be able to use the fridge, hob, pans, plates and cutlery.

It was located a short walk from restaurant / bar / cafe and had a large air conditioned room for us which was ideal in the heat of a Rome suburb. Next to Ciampino Airport it is handy for the main orbital motorway for the city and therefore accessible for whatever you want to do or visit. The staff were friendly and spoke english Being in the heart of town car parking is at a premium but we were able to park our car each night with the help of the staff.
