This gem was a real surprise. The room was very tasteful with stone wood and tile features. All expected amenities were provided. The staff were super charming. I arrived by motorcycle and it was raining. The owner took me to a local pizzeria in his own car.

Wow. I loved staying here and I wish it had been longer. The little cabin was so cosy. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that I’ve slept in during the past 5 weeks of travelling. Better than all this though was the kindness and hospitality of Sara and her husband.

Juliana and Alberto are fantastic! Very warm and welcoming people. They welcomed us in person, and we immediately felt like home. I booked La Casa di Nina based on the photos from which you get a good idea of what to expect, but when we entered the apartment we were blown away by the utter coziness of the place. The feeling was at once very welcoming. The style and furniture blended so beautifully with the large open spaces and with the sun rays that came in through the balcony doors, the feeling was surreal when compared to the money we paid to rent this place for 3 nights. It was just perfect. Juliana and Alberto were incredibly kind. They gave us a quick tour of the apartment and made us feel more welcome. A bottle of wine and a Christmas Italian cake awaited us in the Kitchen, gently provided by our hosts. A big screen with Netflix was the cherry on the cake, to mention not the fully equipped kitchen which we used every evening following our visits to towns and cities deep in the Alps. We really loved this apartment. It is large and very clean. Unlike other apartments that give that commercial feeling, La Casa di Nina was different in every way. The whole place was beautiful and spotless. Parking space was right beneath the lodging, so every time we returned back from our day-trips we found no difficulty to find a parking. We spent our 2024 Christmas in this gorgeous place . . . it was quality time to all of us. The girls loved it. During the day we went to Aosta and Courmayeur, and in the evenings we cooked and then watched movies . . . it was simply perfect. Surrounded by beautiful mountain countryside, the village of Traves is also good for hiking and walks in nature. Before we left on our 4th day Juliana and Alberto invited us to their place for coffee. They gave us a small charm as a souvenir, and a sweet bag for the girls. We will never forget you! All in all we rate La Casa di Nina 10 - 10, and we strongly recommend this warm and unforgettable stay.
