Beautiful, clean and quiet place. Had a lovely breakfast waiting for us. Parking on site, and very close to surrounding towns and villages. Excellent as a stop over when traveling by car. Hosts were helpful. Check in and check out were very easy.

Free parking outside. Quiet area with local living people (not for making parties), 15 min. to the beach, 12 min. to historical centre, 5 min. Eurospar + Lidl by car. Our room was super clean and comfortable. There was a free parking slot in the garden as well. Each detail of the room and common area was very cute and nice! Nadine is super kind person, she prepared breakfast for us, she is very friendly. In the room and in the kitchen there was everything that one may need! We enjoyed a lot staying there! Everything! We highly recommend stay there. Like also others pointed out appartment is spacious, new, fully equipped for 6 people, clean, parking is at the.property (or if you drive huge motorhome literally 10 m away, just around the corner). Just look at the property pictures they are real. Very quiet place, after first night we woke.up at 10AM wondering how we overslept. Check in is easy on-line and upon completation you will get instructions how to get in the appartment Fruit and vegetables.are local (try them) shop is 10 min walk or 1 min by car Breakfast thet is included contains snacks, biscuits, croissant, tea, coffee, bottled water, juice... You will find everything in the.appartment. Not exactly continental breakfact but nice touch. Huge shopping centre is 3 min by car. As somebody mentioned - take a small tour to centre of Forli, you will be suprised. Attractiins like Mirabilandia, Safary park, Imola circuit, Misano circuit, San Marino... are very very easy accessable without need ti take tollway. And just one.small rekark Booking states that house number s 19. It's not, its 21a - house next door.
