I with my husband and couple of our childhood friends, started our North of Italy vacation at this property in Bellagio and.... this really made our trip! The host communicated with me before our arrival, give exact instruction about location, the keys and parking. We entered to the house and was shocked... warm (literally) and very cosy house, decorated for Christmas, waited us! Two bedrooms with convenient matrasses, kitchen with all facilities and.... heart braked view on the mountains. We had an unforgettable time at this property, and we want to come back! The apartment has all equipments to stay and to cook as well. The host explained very well to how to reach, to park, to enter; it was so easy. The host contacted me through whatsapp and adviced where to visit etc. It has a private parking for free. You need to take a bus to city center, we had a car and it was so easy to reach center. Located on garden floor so it is too easy to access from parking. Also it has garden balcony chairs to have rest.

We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked the Welcome (info) board. It helped us to understand how to get to Bellagio and back with the bus. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast always fresh and yummy 🤤. Unfortunately we couldn't check the beach, because of the bad weather conditions, but we surely would like to stay in the Locanda again.

Up the spiral staircase is this lovely spacious and comfortable air-conditioned apartment with bathroom, sitting area, small equipped kitchen, balcony, courtyard, and car parking. Beautiful short walk through the gardens into Bellagio. We loved this location and had a beautiful 2 night stay. The restaurant next door was our favourite!
