First of all the host Alessio is the best that can be!!! So friendly and informative. Easy contact through WhatsApp, self-check in. Beautiful surrounding (and views), peaceful stay, private, clean facilities, authentic experience. The room was quite spacious. Beautiful bathroom and amenities. Terrace was very clean and comfortable and really relaxing and beautiful. Beautiful and tranquil grounds We really enjoyed our stay at this place and probably would visit again. It's just perfect amazing! Top level!

We arrived for the night at the charming farm. We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

The most amazing room we had in Tuscany was at Fabio's place. We spent one night there, and he gave us a warm welcome with lots of nice surprises. The room was fully equipped, and he paid attention to the smallest details in his place. We had a wonderful night. Words cannot describe how great he and his place were. Thank you, Fabio, for creating the best night for us in Arezzo. I'm sorry that I can't give you more than 10 stars. Fabulous location in the Tuscan countryside, very quiet and perfect to relax. Very nice swimming pool with good smell of lavender coming from the plants around the perimeter of the swimming pool where you can order a drink from the kind owners of the structure. Room was clean and the whole villa is very beautiful, very much appreciated also the breakfast, good variety with a marvelous view. Consigliatissimo!

The hotel has a large parking lot. It is about 20 minutes to the train station or to the center, or you can get there by bus, the stop is close to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is fine, I would welcome yogurt. The staff is helpful and nice. The hotel equipment is sufficient, I appreciate the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room.

Nice host, amazing view from the terrace, we also got a little snack when we arrived with cold water. The bed was really comfortable, and it was perfectly clean. There is free parking space in front of the house. There is AC in the flat.

A nice place with very thick walls. Great when it is hot outside. Small but adequate appartment. Excellently situated: in a quiet street two minutes walk from the historical centre. Ten minutes walk from a free parking lot.
