When looking at the exterior of the building I didn't expect the room inside to be this nice. The room was spacious, very well equipped with everything you need and everything being very high-end quality. It was very clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The location was also a bonus, with supermarket right opposite.

Spectacular hotel right in the heart of Vik. Very comfortable bed. Good quality amenities, fantastic breakfast. The complementary room upgrade was fantastic. Very sympathetic staff.

The Barn is located near the village of Vík between the Mýrdalsjölill Glacier and the southern coast of Iceland. This hostel provides free WiFi and complimentary parking on site.

Hostel with an excellent structure, in the rooms, bathrooms and social area. Free and easily accessible parking. I highly recommend it!

Opened in July 2018, Hótel Kría is situated in Vík. Among the various facilities are a garden and a bar. There is a restaurant. The black sand beaches begin about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
