Glorious place in the middle of nowhere. Convenient for a trip down the F35 road. Nothing special but that suits the location. One of my favourite places I stayed at in Iceland.

The owners have thought of everything for their guests comfort. The cottage looks deceptively small outside but is amazing inside. The panoramic windows in the living room have incredible views down the valley. Although it is in a fairly remote location(the nearest town is 20 minutes away), it is just off the main ring road around Iceland. Don’t be worried about road noise. The road is not that busy and you can’t hear a thing inside the house. The kitchen is fully equipped - there’s even a dishwasher. There are other accommodations on the property but nobody bothered us.

Free parking and is in a very quiet area near the river and in the middle of the mountains. It’s very beautiful in the morning when the mist is covering parts of the mountains. It’s natural. The location is not very far from Blonduos which restaurants and other amenities are.

Located in Blönduós, Brekkukot Cottages, Blönduós provides accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay.

The three cottages (we stayed in #3) seem to be brand new. They appear to be tiny homes. They are great! There's a nice kitchen/living/dining room that has a sofa bed if needed (we didn't use it). A separate bathroom with an enclosed shower and a separate bedroom with two twin beds (next to each other). There is electric "radiators" for heat. The unit is nice and accommodating. We have enjoyed staying here. The owner is good at communicating via the messaging through Booking.com.

3 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. And the hot tub was such a nice treat after a day of travels. Communication with host was great, very responsive.

This property is 6 km from the Route 1 Ring Road. Free slippers, a bathrobe, and use of the summer outdoor swimming pool in Hótel Húni's rooms.

A great value for money! This guesthouse is in the premises of what used to be a school but nicely renovated preserving the school vibe. My daughter especially liked the gym where she could play and do sports. And we all appreciated the heated outside pool which was great after a long day sightseeing. The staff is super nice too.

With inner courtyard views, Brimslóð Atelier Guesthouse is located in Blönduós and has a restaurant and a concierge service.

The accomodation was exactly as described in the details. It was very cozy and contained everything we needed to have a great stay. Armuli is a beautiful and quite place. The host was extremelly kind, showing us around and sharing some interesting info about the surroundings. Truly an amazing experience :)

The location was great, a sweeping view of the valley from the hot tub a new sauna with glass door to see the view too! It was immaculate & clean and common/eating room was huge with long tables to eat on and meet people or many sitting areas created in case you want to be alone and chill. Our rooms were great and shared bathroom/showers were a good size and extremely clean! Everything was thought about & functionable...
