Beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting with a view of the nearby glacier if the weather is clear. We loved the restaurant in the hotel and our service was excellent. This was the only Fosshotel our group stayed at while in Iceland as they were generally more pricey than our other accommodations, but we thought it was well worth it!

The place is super quiet and close to a mountain, very relaxing. It was also easy and quick to do the checking. Just as a tip please bring some food before doing the checking, as you will need it there.

The Höfn Hostel is an affordable accommodation for solo travelllers. There is everything you need, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everything, for example kitchen and bathrooms are super clean and the bedchambers all have windows, a good circulation and are comfortable.
