Extremely flexible and warmhearted hosts. The location was great and the cottage beautifully placed in nature. The nicests horses welcomed us upon arrival and we had a chance to ride them the next day. Definitely an added value to any overnight stay in Iceland!

Stayed one night only. Came in late and went early morning after. Very clean and comfy small room. Very quiet and good nights sleep. Cosy and lovely feel, as walking through grandmas house. Self service breakfast and coffee was very nice early in the morning. Enough choices for light breakfast. Had a nice chat with other guests, in the living room before departure :) Very homey feel. There was a hot tub and grill outside which we did not have a change to use, but looked nice. Environment beautiful with the winter sunrise in the morning.

The accommodation was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the surroundings of the property were simply the best. The outdoor hot spring was amazing; at first, I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy it because the weather was so cold, but it turned out to be even better than I expected.

This property is 6 km from the Route 1 Ring Road. Free slippers, a bathrobe, and use of the summer outdoor swimming pool in Hótel Húni's rooms.
