The location is beautiful, and the house has everything you need, cozy, but spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, even extra oil, spices, pasta, coffee, in case you miss something. We have not used the gas grill outside though. And the living room has breath taking views, and on top of that, the hut-tub outside.

The location is amazing and the surroundings are breathtaking. We loooved our beautiful cottage and it made our last night in Iceland very special. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was clean. It was very warm inside with the heating. The tiny kitchen was just what we needed to prepare some quick meals. We would love to spend at least two nights in the area next time and explore Akranes.

Pretty much everything about the property was fantastic. The host, location, cleanliness, coziness, amenities as stated in the ad, etc. This property felt like a much more authentic visit to Iceland versus a typical hotel with no character. It was more like a 3 night home in Reykjavik and not just a temporary room in any hotel. Extremely convenient location within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, museums, important bus stops for tours, etc. Host was very communicative before and during our stay and made sure to check in to make sure things were going ok. She was also very accommodating of some requests we made (check-in logistics) and happy to work with us. The personal touches in the space with artwork, photography and amazing ceramics by the owners was also lovely and something we appreciated. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering; we would certainly stay here again!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! It is great value for money as it is cheaper than staying at a 5-star hotel but the quality of the stay is better than a room at a 5-star hotel because you have the entire fully furnished top quality 70+ m2 apartment with a kitchen and balcony to yourself. Perfect for a longer stay like a week or more because it gives you the feeling of staying at home during a vacation. Location is very close to the harbour and Bus Stop #4 which is a prominent pick up point for all organized tours. Housekeeping is done to perfection. The staff is great and friendly too. They helped us with operating the smart apartment with all its fancy features and smart panels.

Well appointed apartment close to restaurants and bus stops. Easy communication with the owner. Comfortable bed, drip coffee maker, and washing machine. Loved the gift of a photographic book. Would definitely stay again if we return to Reykjavík.

This b&b really is a treasure,, we felt at home immediately. Beds are comfortable and the decorations are so cute! Even tought its a very old house we could hardly hear the other guests (only going up and down the stairs). Its located very near the City Center, so you could reach nearly everything by walking there.
