This is a huge unit to comfortably accommodate a big family. We got the top unit, it had a terrace as well. We spent the evenings and night in terrace. The view is great especially in the night -you could see Tirumala temple from this place. Another big plus are the property manager and the help there. They will get you everything you need and will come on a quick call.

We stayed here as a group and found the apartment very practical. The two bedrooms offered enough space, and the common areas were comfortable. Having a kitchen was very helpful. The property is located in a good area with restaurants close by, and the hill view was a nice bonus.

The rooms were absolutely spic and span. Well equipped with a refrigerator, utensils, gas et al., for a family to stay in comfort. Spacious rooms, TV with Jio connection. Both bedrooms, with AC, clean sheets, clean bath and toilets. Very close to PS4, veg restaurant and equidistant to Tirupati and Tiruchanur. Only grouse is that there aren't enough car parking slots with a narrow approach road. I would definitely stay only there during my future trips to Tirupati.

Friendly staff, clean and neat property, perfect location with great views of Tirumala (on the theme park side). Very easy to reach Tirumala as the location is very close to the flyover. Easy to get on the highway to Bangalore as well. Plenty of parking and valet. Overall very convenient option.

I felt like home. It was clean and has power backup facility. The owner is a nice person. He is flexible with unforeseen changes to trip plans and stay timings. Water has pressure flow like using a pressure motor. Hot water is good. AC is good. Close to Railway station. I got it at a reasonable price for my budget stay. There is car parking available inside the cellar. But can fit max of 2 cars. Can park nearby as it's a gully.
