Set in the lap of snow covered mountains and fields far from the madding crowd, the views are simply breathtaking. There is total peace and tranquility. The cottage replicates the ambience of a typical Himachali village home while being fitted with every modern amenity. Its glass walls give an uninterrupted panoramic view of the mountains, fields and valley while still being indoors. The sit-out is spacious and makes one feel connected with the environment. The staff was very welcoming and they did everything possible to make our stay memorable. The chefs Maneet and Ranveer Singh were highly accomplished. They served us wide variety of dishes to international standards. The attendants Udham Singh and Chaman Singh were brisk and efficient at all times. The housekeeping services were ably supported by Anjana. The team worked harmoniously under the leadership and able guidance of Bajinder and Chain Singh ji. Talking with Chain Singh ji was an enriching experience. We look forward to visiting again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Postcard in Palampur. The property is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was truly amazing. Customer service was excellent. Room, facilities, food, location. Room Service etc everything was excellent except the AC which I did not have control from my room and could not adjust it according to my needs. Due to that my sleep.was disturbed. But I would say that the staff was excellent and they tried to accommodate whatever I wanted and tried to make me comfortable as much as possible. Even my request to change the room due to lack of view from my previous room was also entertained without any extra cost.

Customer service was excellent. Room, facilities, food, location.
