Very clean, and large rooms. We were on a road trip to Tripura, and stayed there twice - while going and on our way back. Jowai is a good pit stop for taking the NH 6 sonapur highway. The property has ample parking space. Rooms are really clean and very spacious. Staff is very kind and friendly. They also sell homemade herbal medicines and also offer naturopathy therapies.

The best part about MOCAHM is being an institute of culinary and hospitality management, they are very sincere about upholding the tenets of good management and making the customer experience smooth and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well ventilated. The food served in the in house restaurant scores high both on taste and health parameters. Everyone from the staff including reception, restaurant and cleaning are always ready to address customer needs with a smile. A special kudos goes to Daris Syiemsad who took care of the entire process of checking in, room service, quick resolution of minor issues, billing and checking out with remarkable efficiency. A super comfy and cozy stay near Jowai. Great location, was just off the highway. And special mention to the friendly staff. They were always there to help us out. Would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to spend time in Jowai.

Loved my stay there, a beautiful house in a quiet area, with such a friendly and helpful staff who made me feel like family! I liked the well decorated double room, and also the dorms were nice; they gave me a heater (it was very cold in December), the breakfast they served was delicious. The house is a little far from the town but that makes it special and peaceful, and you can walk through the sweet village to get a shared taxi into town. One evening I arrived a bit late, and they were so kind to drive me to a local restaurant and to pick me up to go back, I enjoyed interesting conversations with the owner and staff, who all spoke really good English. Thank you a lot!
