The room is beautiful and clean with private outside space, the location is quiet (waking up with the sound of birds) and the surroundings are simply stunning (we came by bicycle from Kochin and enjoyed every minute of cycling around), communication with the owner is very pleasant, the host made us feel really welcome and at home. Risk warning: there is a chance of gaining weight, as the food is superb (and much).

We had a wonderful stay in Vaikom! The flat was excellent, spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The house itself is very nicely located nearby the water, one has a very nice view from the balcony. The hosts are very friendly, warm and extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

The homestay is nestled in a serene and lush green setting, perfect for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with traditional touches that reflect the essence of Kerala. A special mention must go to Surendran, Rathi, and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was arranging local experiences, serving delicious homemade meals, or simply engaging in warm conversation, they made every moment memorable. Ajeesh is an excellent host who accommodated us in his complex beyond our expectations. Don't know where to even start saying good things about this place. Host went above and beyond with his hospitality and insuring our every need and wish is fulfilled :) The place is a magnificent silent property on the lake out of the beaten path! Ajeesh organised us a private boat tour on the backwaters in the small canals that was just unreal. Since we experienced backwather tour in Allepey, this put the Allepey one to shame. The one we did here was like a dream, a real authentic Kerala backwathers with no other boat and tourist in sight. We loved every minute of the 3 hour long tour with Thileken and wish it never ended. Ajeesh and his team prepared us delicious meals whenever we wanted and was best for us. Accomodation is just on the lake with a lot of birds and is just a perfect place for nature lovers and especially birdwatchers. We woke up very early just to look at sunlight that you can see from the accomodation. Really there are no words to explain this fantastic place. Loved every minute of our stay here.

My first preference was vicinity to temple and this property is just aside. Room is exceptionally clean with neat toilet and clean towels. I found everything fine here. Value for money and I strongly recommend.
