Simon and the entire team at Windermere went out of their way to make sure our stay was special. The food was delicious and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The best place to have relaxing days. The property manager Arun was extremely kind and happy to provide whatever we needed. He also showed us the nature around, and did a 1h trekking to watch sunrise from the mountain. I loved the fresh watermelon juices, and drinking them in the pool. I would totally come back :D!!!

We arrived in the dark and saw the jaw-dropping view from our room (6th floor) in the morning, opening our curtains. It is indescribable and magnificent. We had a big, beautiful and immaculate room, excellent service and great food in the restaurant. All staff was helpfull and kind. Special thanks to the excellent and friendly driver. The surroundings of the resort are beautiful with green tea fields and jungle, waterfalls and all sorts of exotic flowers. Kerala is truly God's own country and The Grand Cliff is a little piece of heaven on earth. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Was one of our best stay of our trip in India. We did not regret it and met such a nice family. The room was clean and the view was perfect. Nancy (the auntie) and Joy (the uncle) were so welcoming and shared a lot about kerala life with us. Nancy is the best at cooking and the food… omg they pick the spices and veggies directly from the garden. Joy is so passionate about their garden and we had the privilege to have a little visit of the garden. We will never forget our memories there and it felt like home to us. Thank you again for everything!
