It’s new, clean, fresh. The beds are comfortable and they even provided soft, plush towels (honestly, it’s a rarity in India to get towels that aren’t thread-bare!!!) The manager kindly upgraded us to a nicer room, as the hotel was quite quiet. It was lovely. The air conditioning worked. There was filtered water (again, I believe this should be standard to provide, given you can’t drink the tap water in India) They looked after our bags when we went away for a couple of nights into rural Wayanad.

Very pretty property. Everything is well thought through, modern and very clean. The bed are super comfy and there is even quite some outside space to enjoy.
