The staff especially Diksha , Sonia and Ivor went out of their way to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and very clean with good Wi-Fi. The food was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful with lots of good ideas on what to do, He even gave us a lift in his own car so we could pick up the electric scooters.

Rohan, his wife and all staff are amazing and very helpfull. They helped me with everything, with the taxi, with renting a motorbike and with lots of tips about Goa. The hotel is very clean, well organized and super beautiful. The garden, with the restaurant, are very welcoming. The location is also very good, close to the beaches and at the same time peaceful and quiet.

location is great and in the middle of north of goa. it has not any breakfast but edward give us everthing for preparing breakfast. whatever we need he gives us as soon as possible. What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach.
