Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you once again for everything—you made our experience truly unforgettable!

This is an amazing hotel, the staff are awesome, the place is so grand and steeped in history. The pool is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Breakfast was very tasty and well presented, the bar area is small but the place made you feel a million dollars. Highly reccomend!

I arrived at Bungalow 99 after a long haul crowded night flight, exhausted and in need of peace. I'm so glad I chose this hotel - my room was ready hours before check-in time, which was a godsend. The hotel was a little oasis of peace in the midst of bustling New Delhi, with a tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff who went out of their way to help. They were incredibly helpful in coordinating my onwards train travel, and I wouldn't have been able to make the arrangements without their assistance.
