It was a last minute booking as I got my dates wrong. We arrived minutes after making the booking. Bernie was amazing and went over and above to accommodate us. Our room was lovely and fully stocked with coffees, teas , biscuits, cereals etc She also has a lovely help yourself breakfast selection down stairs - from cereals, cheeses, hams to bacon and eggs etc. Just perfect for our stay.
