Pauline went above and beyond what we expected. Pauline was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother to her. Our accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I also had the great pleasure of meeting Poppy!! Who was just delightful.

I fell ill and the owners really looked after me.😅 They arranged medical care. They could not have been better. The facilities were excellent. The breakfast was adaptable from a full Irish to a glass of water. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Meadows again. I had a good sized double room on the ground floor just off the entrance hall. It had an elevated outlook over trees and fields, yet was a short walk into the centre of the town.

Our host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We could reach out with any question or problem, and they were always there to help. They were also very thoughtful — on the day we arrived, there was a big storm, and they sent us a message to remind us to drive carefully because of the weather. The place is quiet and peaceful, the house is very comfortable, clean, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were touched to find some food and snacks waiting for us. The kids loved the treats (well, not just the kids!), thank you so much for that! We’ve travelled to many countries, but we’ve never had such a warm and thoughtful host. Thank you again for everything!

If you feel like a cozy, comfortable stay in the Irish countryside with everything you need, the garden apartments are perfect. Located in the center of the small town, everything is within walking distance. The room itself is quiet and spacious with everything you could possibly need. The bed was large and comfortable with extra pillows in the cupboard, we had a great sleep. Waking up to the private garden view. The owner was very helpful, accommodating and easy going. We would definitely stay again.
