The location was beautiful. and views were amazing. Easy to get to places. Loved seeing all the animals in the fields. Many times weather permitting we sat and watched the world go by with a coffee. The hosts were wonderful. and are so knowledgeable about the history of the area. with suggestions of places to visit.

The property was lovely, very clean, with a very spacious and comfortable room. The location was great, very close to central Clonakilty, near attractions and restaurants. Best of all, though, were the hosts. They couldn't have been more friendly and kind. We will definitely recommend Wytchwood to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Majella and Pat were so welcoming, and the house was absolutely perfect, so comfortable and warm and such lovely added details, like some homemade brown bread and porridge oats, milk, butter and jam in the fridge. We loved meeting the lovely dogs Millie and Bella! I would highly recommend this cottage to stay in for a peaceful break from the city, with really kind and welcoming hosts.

A beautiful cabin in lovely country surroundings. The cabin was very comfortable and a lovely temperature - even with the hot weather. Everything I needed was there & crockery, kettle, coffee. Fabienne was such a lovely host, nothing was an issue. The fire pit was a fabulous treat. A really great way to relax and totally chill out. Although there were guests in other cabins, it felt totally separate and although solo, it felt very safe.

Nice and quiet pod. Enough space, and also comfortable during the heavy rain. Very facilitating host when it came to late arrival and communication.

The property itself is in an excellent position on the square, in very close walking distance of several lovely pubs and to the bay. The local Londis was very well stocked. Lovely guesthouse. Our host was wonderful. Nothing too much trouble for him. His little dog was a gem. Very comfortable. We booked the veranda suite which had a small tv room attached to the bedroom which gave us more space.

Loved our stay here! It's a really beautiful structure with cozy vibes, and the owner is welcoming and makes a very nice Irish breakfast 😋 the location is amazing: just underneath the village and right in front of the water, next to a very beautiful walk on the coast!

Kathleen was so welcoming -;always ready with a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit. PK Lodge is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and breakfast options range from the light to the extremely filling. The locally made yoghurt is worth a trip in itself. Kathleen's very flexible shuttle service to and from Skibbereen is super for those without a car. Location is very quiet and conducive to a good night's sleep.
