Breakfast was delicious. Rosemary always has coffee, tea and toast available with biscuits or scones when we were around during the day. It's not possible to go hungry 😊 We were very well taken care of! The views across the fields with beautiful horses and a greeting from the dogs made us feel right at home. We stayed there twice, one night at each end of our two-week holiday in Donegal. We found it a great place to spend our first night after a long flight to Dublin airport (which isn't too far away) and also for finishing off our trip in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. On previous trips to Ireland we'd stayed at other places in County Meath on our first and last nights and they had all been really good but Rathgillen Cabin has become our favourite. Peter, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming fella so we's love it if he'd come to stay with us at our home in Bulgaria some time. And the village has a handy shop, a great pub and a wonderful cafe where we had our final breakfast befor heading home. We were also delighted to discover that Nobber was the birthplace of the 17th Century blind harpist. Turlough O' Carolan whose music we've loved for a long time.

We had such a beautiful stay at Nora’s cottage. Beautiful location and Sinead was such a wonderful host. Herself and her partner were so accomodating and made sure we were happy and comfortable for the stay. The rooms were large, clean and beds were very comfortable. The house had every appliance you need. Such a beautiful house & very relaxing stay, I would reccomend to everyone!

We liked that the property was clean,light and spacious. The property was modern and had everything we need. There was everything on the the doorstep to enjoy our short stay. We attended a wedding at Cabra castle,which was easy to get to by taxi.
