We had such a lovely stay here. Its newly been taken over by a lovely couple who were so kind & helpful so us & even spoilt our children with little gifts! Roundstone is a picturesque little village & so easy to explore the area & has all the facilities close by. It’s incredible value for money & only wish we had stayed longer in it. Thank you so much!

Everything! The house was lovely and cosy, Roundstone is a beautiful little village and the owner, Mary, is an absolute gem of a woman! We forgot some medication that we had brought for our stay and she instantly called me once she found it and insisted that she mail us to it. If/when you visit you'll see that Roundstone has some award winning bars and seafood, so of course it receives a big recommendation from us. Two establishments to name in particular are The Shamrock Bar and O'Dowds pub, where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your food and drinks. The house itself has brilliant insulation from what we could tell (early May, and we got very lucky with the weather) but we didn't even need a fire in the evening, despite the well stocked turf shed and provided fire lighters. The rooms were a great size and even with a 20kg suitcase we had plenty of space. The beds were lovely and firm (for anyone that's conscious of their back 😉) and we collectively slept like logs! The back garden is stunning and they even have a picnic bench to enjoy the lovely weather, and maybe enjoy a disposable bbq if you fancy. All in all, an amazing place to stay, and a lovely village to holiday in. 11/10

The White House is a fantastic little place if you're looking for that tranquil quiet spot for relaxation or reading or painting or just getting away from it all, it gives you calm while basking in the natural beauty of the environment of only the best Connemara can offer, with views of mountains and the grasslands and old ruins and even rainbows and the sea facing the cottage this place is spectacular I definitely would recommend giving this Cottage a visit its high up in the hills and very private as well, I will definitely be staying here again loved my little break for 3 days, Bridy the host is lovely lady also the day we arrived she went out of her way for us as we got lost, there is everything that you need in the house all mod cons, and the bedroom beside the bathroom is very Comfortable as it offers great views from the bedroom window as well Connemara pony's grazing in the field, rabbit's, and Rams, can't wait to return Thanks Bridy we had a fantastic stay Lorraine and James

Just superb in every way. Sinners in tbe “greenhouse” were exquisite. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Ireland. Ray, the manager, holds up the tradition that the late, great Kaye maintains ed for decades. The Cashel House is a national treasure. See above.
