Everything was perfect! Even with our late arrival the first night, we were greeted personally and even had a pint of Smithwick’s delivered to our room for our weary driver (Dad of the family). The room was very large and comfortable for our family of four with very cozy beds and everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious and very hearty. Lots of selection of hot and cold foods and delicious coffee. The Forge pub was a place we could have spent many more hours, enjoying the atmosphere and company of locals giving us tourist types a good-natured ribbing. :-) We were only here this time for a short event in Cahir, but would love to return for a longer stay just to spend time in the area and do some walking. Ruth and Liam are fantastic hosts.
