We loved our stay at Ozi's place. His wife made delicious food, he took us on a stunning hike straight from his home, parts of which other other tourists cannot access. There is a private waterfall on the property and the gardens are beautiful. Excellent value for money.

We stayed 4 nights in this property and it was my best experience from my whole trip in Indonesia. Hero and Dani are the best hosts ever, they like to share the sasak culture and teach a lot of things about traditions, food, everything… We met a lot of local people, even participated to a traditional wedding, went to teach English to children, it was so enriching. We felt like a part of a big family. I will miss you guys, I hope I could come back to see you again. Don’t hesitate to go in this place, I recommend 100 % !

Clean, spacious and comfortable room and it is only 4 minutes away from the airport. We stayed there for only one night but would definitely go again. Everything but most important: Russell. Russell is an amazing guy who knows everything about surfing in the region. He has his own boat, so he can arrange a ride to the surf spot and a surf guide. We booked for 2 days and we ended up staying for 9 days. We felt at home! Selice cooks the best pancakes for breakfast. The pool adds extra value to the place.

Our stay at Tastura was a highlight of our trip. The rooms are small, quaint and very clean. The waterfalls are near by and are beautiful, but what really made the trip special was the family who runs Tastura. They are warm and welcoming. We had dinner with them twice and enjoyed great conversation and the food was the best we‘ve had in Indonesia. We visited the waterfalls and rice fields accompanied by one of the brothers. After our stay he sent us photos & videos of our stay. All around we recommend staying at Tastura. (Check out Tastura Trekking Instagram page for more insight).
