We had the chance to stay 4 nights at Thalassa with our two children (Villa Ginseng). We absolutely loved exploring Manado and its surroundings and introducing the whole family to snorkeling in a breathtaking setting, all perfectly organized by the resort team. Everything was simply fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, the surroundings were stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. A flawless experience from start to finish!

Firstly, we were amazed about the location: A beautiful panoramic view of Manado, Manado Tua and Bunaken. The room was small but practical and cozy. We were very surprised about the 'Control room'. There is a console which you can change the lighting color of the room, bluetooth connectivity (which you can play your own music or play nature background sound) and lastly the window that you can turn from opague to clear in one touch. You can also use the Bobocabin app to use the mentioned futures. The jacuzzi was also a big plus: Clean and warm jacuzzi with an amazing view of Manado and Manado Tua.

Marta and Rein are very kind! The food is delicious! It's possible to rent a scooter and explore the surroundings. Pulisan beach is very nice for snorkeling if you have your own equipment. Personally I loved the kayak activity on the mangrove. I saw some nice birds. I got a great massage from Alan, very relaxing. Also visited a local moonshine distillery :) and a plastic recycling unit. Likupang is not very touristy but I encourage you to visit this place if you like adventures and get off the beaten trails !

Everything was very good: the price, the food, the organization... Franky told me, very sad, that the couple who spent only one night had given him a bad comment and that it was a misunderstanding and certain tour arrangements due to bad weather. I honestly think that Franky organizes everything very well.

A beautiful hilltop villa with a lovely room, which has been very thoughtfully designed and equipped with a large comfortable bed and big windows which allow you to watch the sunset straight from your bed in the morning. The room and the entire property are very clean. The food is excellent and has a good selection of dishes thanks to the owner Ana. A big thanks to all of the staff: to Yoan for a service with a smile. To Nonce for an excellent and relaxing massage. And to Sakar for a wonderful trip around North Sulawesi. If you want an authentic and comfortable holiday at the foot of the volcano, we highly recommend it! We really enjoyed it! Thank you🥰

Highly recommended place to stay. It is actually called Tangkoko guesthouse. The tangkoko safety shop is a place on the beach which serves delicious lunches and dinners and their guides for the jungle trip are the best: Renny and Lea. Tangkoko guesthouse works closely together with Renny 's safety shop. Pacha, the owner, of tangkoko guesthouse is very helpful and friendly. Pacha arranged a 'mobile taxi' for 30.000 rp per person to Bitung area from where you can get a grab or indrive ride to your next destination. The rooms are big, hot shower(!!!), great breakfast with omelet to set you off for your morning jungle trip. Great view from my balcony, room on the first floor, of the part.watching the birds flying. Good WiFi.

The family of the homestay are lovely and treat you like part of the family straight away. The food was excellent and plentiful. Not only did they cater to vegetarian and vegan diets easily, the food was delicious and a highlight of our stay. For the room, it was small but adequate with a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was nice with a good pressure cool shower and flushing toilet. Aircon worked great.and was a nice treat. Ken's homestay was the place to be in the evening with live music being played by various talents from across the village. It's a fun and friendly vibe. Some nights are more lively than others which was a nice mix for us. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early bring earplugs and it is fine. The mornings are nice and quiet and you can wake up to the sound of the waves. You can't even hear the church or the mosque! We went on two snorkelling tours and both were great ways to see other amazing snorkelling spots and we even visited the village on Manado Tua. Good value too. We extended our stay by two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Terima kasih banyak!
