I think I am spoiled after staying at El Tropico Hotel in Lombok! Service, food, location, price, room design, staffs, atmosphere...everything is PERFECT! We stayed at El Tropico during Christmas, booked 2 different types of room - one with bathtub and one without. El Tropico gave a free upgrade to the room of my partner's mom to the same type as a little X'mas gift. This is a sweet surprise and very heartwarming! Service was impeccable!! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Staffs are super friendly and polite, every single staff went above and beyond to make your stay filled with happiness and unforgettable. 2 thumbs up for Wahyu (Front Desk "Santa Claus"), Egis, Sa, Dede, Fikri, Putri..... and all other staffs who we didn't have enough time to get their names. Thank you sooooo much for the top notch service. Food and drinks - yum yum yum. We had cocktail happy hour everyday by the pool. Breakfast - you have a menu to choose from but the options basically covers everything you want for breakfast, portion is big. Don't miss the smoothie bowl and avocado toast!! Choose the package with breakfast, you won't regret. They have 3 very clean swimming pools - a long one on the roof top which we stay everyday, less people and there are some cabanas for hotel guests, more chill out atmosphere. If you prefer some music, the ground floor big pool is fantastic, don't worry, it's not loud, just giving you a bit of tropical groove feel. The 3rd one is on the other building of the hotel. I am not a big fan of semi-open or open ceiling bathroom because I am afraid of geckos, which is almost unavoidable in Indonesia. Our bathroom is the semi-opened ceiling type, it's HUGE with a bathtub! I was a bit worried during check-in but Wahyu assured me there will be NO geckos in the bathroom/bedroom. I was so surprised during our 5 nights stay, I didn't see any gecko in the whole resort at all!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Origin! We stayed for almost 2 weeks and even extended our stay. It’s a slice of paradise just outside of the busy centre but still a short drive away. The room was luxurious and had everything you could need, everyday our room was cleaned which we really appreciated! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Our highlight was the incredible staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and always happy to help. We will definitely return if we come back to Kuta and would recommend to anyone 😊

Fantastic 😍 relaxing!! We loved everything. This place would everywhere in Europe get easily 5 stars! The service is great, the staff very nice, the food OMG!!! Everything is prepared freshly, ingredients high quality, the taste amazing! The view is stunning. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfy. SO clean. The place is still pretty new and you can see and feel that the owner put a lot of effort to design and built up everything very safe and comfortable. All the materials have a really good quality. We arrived late 8/9 pm, we had been doing a long trip and when we arrived we were very exhausted. But within ten minutes we started to relax and from minute to minute it became even better. We didn't want to leave! But for sure we are hoping to come back again. Also I want to emphasize the great hospitality of the owner - thank you for the wonderful stay Mickey!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's a brand new, small boutique hotel in the center of Kuta, Lombok. The location is perfect as you are close to everything, but the hotel is completely quiet and no kids are allowed. Right next door is the biggest and most modern gym in Kuta, which is included free with the room. We had excellent massages in our room daily, the breakfast was superb, and the rooms feature their own personal terrace facing a beautiful garden and pool. The room and bathroom were very spacious, with Indonesian decor, and brand new furniture and equipment. The bathroom, in particular, was another level - its modern amenities and elegant design truly stood out. We can't wait to return - highly recommended!

We had a huge bed and a extraordinary view. It was so peacefull to wake up with birds. The room was spacious. I think hotel was recentley buid so decoration was so modern at the same time everything was new. Staff was very friendly they cleaned the room so well. They were smiling all the time :) 100% recomended! I ll definetly stay again.

Free parking was available, which was good because the walk to the main town area was 20 minutes away so having a car/scooter would be good. Air Conditioning was good for hot days. Breakfast was good. Charging ports for all regions was a nice touch. Staff at check-in and breakfast were polite and hospitable.

Right on the main beachfront esplanade of Kuta Lombok. Handy to restaurants, beach, etc, etc. Pretty standard, clean and tidy boutique hotel. Clean towels and fragranced sheets. Good Air Con, curtains and door locks. Small terance in inside gardens. Free secure parking.

Really pretty garden with cosy swimming pool area and a restaurant. Staff was friendly though had some miscommunications with our breakfast order. They have scooter parking lot in front of the hotel. Big plus is a free acess to Xeno fit gym that is quite close to the hotel. Little bit away from main street which means it is very quiet and mosque will not wake you up in the morning.

Talim and his wife Fatima are super friendly hosts. Fatima's pancakes are amazing 😍. The place is located a little bit outside of Kuta which makes it quiet. The overall vibe is super nice. They have a big parking lot for the motorbike. The rooms were quite basic but you don't need much if your plan is to explore and not stay in your room.
