The staff contacted me the day before upon their own initiative to arrange transport to the harbor. If you are on time you can use their car, otherwise they arrange a Taxi ride, this was very welcome as otherwise I'd have to order a grab car really early in the morning, hoping it would be on time.

Amazing place, very good position for the port and the bus terminal. The host is great, very helpful and caring, such a good person who helped us arrange our ferry to Karimunjava and our bus ride to Prambanan from Jepara. She speaks English perfectly and is very responsive and reliable. I definitely recommend this place.
