We really enjoyed our stay at arya's. The staff was always super nice and helpful. We rented a motorbike and surfboards there and they also organized a surfguide who showed us the spots and helped us with everything else. The staff made a delicious bbq once and we enjoyed sitting in the common area together in the evenings. The place is sourrounded by ricefields, there is a skatepark nearby and it is really close to the beach and a lot of warungs. We would definitely come back again!

I spent a wonderful week in this truly special house in Cimaja. From the very first moment, I was struck by the original and eclectic atmosphere of the place: every room has its own personality and invites you to relax, creating the perfect environment to unwind and disconnect from daily life. One of the highlights is definitely the terrace — the view is absolutely breathtaking. I spent hours there, mesmerized by the landscape, enjoying peaceful silence and stunning sunsets. My room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and also a fan — perfect for adjusting the temperature to your liking. The house also has a shared kitchen, well-equipped and available to use freely — a real plus for those who enjoy cooking for themselves. A big thank you also goes to the staff: always kind, available, and ready to help whenever needed, without ever being intrusive. It was truly a pleasure spending time here. If I ever return to Cimaja, I’ll definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a well-kept and welcoming environment.

We thought it was going to be a room in a building, nothing crazy, but as they were showing us the room, we found ourselves walking through rice fields! The room is actually a small cabin with a small porch (hammock included) directly in rice fields. It was amazing! They have their own restaurant but there are also plenty of restaurants a short walking distance from the hotel.

I liked being part of the indonesian culture, surroundings and facilities. There is a normal toilet, that dissapointed me. I wanted the 'hole in the ground'. The food was questioned if you wanted any. Payed by the dish, no problem. The staff is very helpful in all sorts of way. The owner speaks Dutch which can come very handy. I liked being there. A lot.
