Everything was perfect! The owner helped us get a Bromo Tour. Also it was difficult finding a driver to transport us as we left but the owner dropped us at our next stay. Large bed, good shower and clean room. Just make sure you bring Some food and water as the nearest restaurant is a 22 minute walk.

Such a great place to stay in Malang! I came here with no plans and I found myself doing all the best activities during my stay, thanks to the owners Vico and Wiwin:) They have a lovely garden where you can chill, chat with other travels and also enjoy the free coffee that they provide. I did tour Bromo and Ijen organized by them with the friends I made here. Highly recommend; you will be accompanied by great people! The exceptional localization of the hotel between many hills: it is magic place to stay. We appreciated the variety of possible activities. The niceness of staff and the dedicated involvement of Jonathan the manager: chatting with the guests, taking pictures, giving advice. We booked the campervan dinner which as a magical time and we also visited the sunset hill of the hotel. We had a pleasant afternoon with the cooking and jam lessons chatting with the staff after Bromo tour in the morning.

The location is nice, from where you can visit the village, or walk down to the sand-sea (and if you feel for it you can walk all the way to Bromo crater itself; it just takes time to walk there). We were in the family room. It was nice. There are chairs in the balcony for you to enjoy the view a bit with some coffee. The shower works and gives warm water.
