I booked last minute as usual due to my work commitments Ivan called me as soon as I booked to introduce himself and find out where I was . As it happened I was right by the apartment. He met me I. The rain with a happy smile and showed me the way. He also pointed me to the only restaurant open in the town that evening. A cracking apartment and a great host. Highly recommended and if I’m ever that way again I will happily stay again. You could not fault anything about the stay.

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located high but with a gentle approach. We had a few minutes walk to the beach. We were in Primosten for the third time and were enchanted by the beautiful, wide beaches, so everyone will find a place for themselves. We spent a 2 nice weeks there. In June there are not so many tourists yet, so the city and beaches are not crowded. Thank you for the nice time we spent.

The apartman was spacious, comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. We had an amazing sea-view from our balcony. Both the seaside and the town center were close, within 5-10 minutes walk. The host was extremely kind, helpful and friendly, she treated us with melon and homemade pancakes. I absolutelly recommend Apartment Mara, we had a great holiday there in Primosten!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even had a lovely terrace with a sitting area where we could dry our clothes. The location in the old city center was perfect - beaches, shops, and restaurants were all very close by. The owner, Zlatko, was extremely kind and helpful. After check-out, he even let us leave our luggage in another apartment which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

However not exactly at the apartment, but in a 10minute walk they provided free parking for the whole week in a 0-24 guarded parking lot. The accomodation was super clean, they even give you cleaning stuff, in case you are not satisfied or something happens. Blowdryer, AC, water boiler and a fridge was included in our room. It has an amazing location. Beaches are in a 5-6minutes walk, and you are basically in the old town, every restaurant is in a 2-3 minute walk. At the same time it’s very calm and quiet.

Adriatic view from room was fantastic and room was very comfortable. Pathway access to great seafront walkway that can take you into Primosten or just a nice walk the oceanfront. Breakfast choices were amazing for such a small establishment. Car parking on site. Very welcoming and professionally run.

Excellent location, nice natural stone walls and very clean. Reasonably well equipped (but lacking some basics). Electric buggy provided to take us and our luggage to car parking outside old town o departure.

This ticks off all boxes - complete picture is correct: Location is super and with 10 min walk you are on the nicest beach of Primosten + view is nice from balcony/garden + it is modern/upscale and new + free parking + nice and complete facilities + airco + nice livingroom/bedroom/bathroom + nice owner (contact via mail/booking/whatsapp)
