Everything needed for breakfast was prepared and waiting in the fridge with an additional chilled beer. Kitchenette is very well equipped. Water in the jacuzzi was clean and warm. Comfortable deck chairs, umbrella and towels on the terrace were waiting for us. Comfortable parking closely located to the apartment. Air conditioner was working well.

If you a person who values people connection and personal touch as much as you value comfort, this is the place for you. Drazen is an amazing host who was extremely helpful and nice, gave us a lot of recommendations and made sure we had everything that we need for our stay (not to say actually a lot more!). Him and his wife had put a lot of love and attention to the apartment to make sure everyone really feels at home and very welcome. The apartment is perfectly located into a nice area, very close to the center of the town but also very convenient for a long quiet walk alongside the river. Nice and cosy furnished, super comfortable and clean, with all appliances that you may ever need for your stay. Definitely one of the reasons we enjoyed Karlovac the most throughout our short trip in Croatia was the pleasant stay we had at the apartment and we all would love to visit again.
