Fantastic location in a gated area. Very quiet and with wonderful views on the Agua, the Fuego and the Pacaya and the Atitlan vulcanoes. And of course, there is Oscar, who runs the hotel. Oscar is a wonderful and caring guy who prepared food for us and was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Mariana's Petit Hotel in mid-June 2024. The owner of the hotel was a flying officer and had been to Taiwan. We had a pleasant chat. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and reasonably priced. It also had large windows for ventilation. The hotel also provided breakfast every morning. The breakfast was quite delicious and the kitchen staff were also friendly. In addition, Mariana's Petit Hotel also provides free airport pick-up service. I needed to go to the airport at 4 a.m., and the hotel staff showed up on time and helped me get to the airport safely. I really appreciate him getting up so early to help me get to the airport. Overall The service in this hotel is excellent If I have the opportunity to return to Guatemala City, I will definitely stay there again.

The property was spacious and had spectacular views over the city from every window in the house. The luxury of a good washing machine and dryer were essential for this stage of our travels and we managed to get everything clean and dry before we left. We used this as a stopover after a flight and it was perfect for this. Just a short 10 min drive max from the airport. Property is in an apartment complex and had cafes / restaurants below. Property had a great view of the volcano from the balcony. Apartment itself was very modern and had great WiFi. Check in and out was very easy.
