Beautiful location with views of the surrounding volcanoes, lots of plants and greenery made it feel remote and tropical in a tranquil location. The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming.

Very nice and comfy room with great beds and a huge shower, all surrounded by the most beautiful garden. View on the volcanoes from the restaurant. Very safe feelings with good security measures. Good price considering we stayed during Semana Santa, and also the distance to Antigua is short if travelling by your own car.

Directly at the airport. Short walk, or 2 minutes by taxi or uber (you should take one at night). Very safe, in an enclosed living quarters. Great hospitality, who gave us a quick course about the ins- and outs of Guatemala. Do's/ don'ts. The rooms are very decent. Exactly what you need coming from the airport, or heading to for a flight in the morning.
