Even better than expected. We had a spacious apartment with two bathrooms, a very practical layout, a full kitchen, and multiple balconies. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel and were thrilled to enjoy it even more than we anticipated. We hope to return to this hotel in the future, as it was one of our most pleasant stays when visiting Greece. The lovely staff was always eager to help.

Heracles is the warmest and most soft spoken person we met on the trip. We were warmly greated and made feel like guests at someone’s house. Also he kindly let us checkout later as we went for a hike in the morning and desperately needed a shower before getting on our way.

We stayed here for 10 days and immediately noticed the welcoming atmosphere of the structure and the great kindness of Giorgos and Maria. Unfortunately in the first days of our stay we had some problems with the rental car but Giorgos and Maria were immediately very helpful and kind, helping us to solve the problem, so you can be sure that if you have any problem or difficulty Giorgos and Maria will definitely help you! The structure and the apartment are very welcoming, cared for and clean in every detail and equipped with everything you may need for your stay; in less than 5 minutes you can be in the village of Plakias or to the numerous beaches in the surrounding area; the structure has a confortable car park. Giorgos and Maria will always be at your disposal for any questions but also to give you 1000 tips on beaches and excursions and it is really nice to talk to them. We recommend you stay here as you will feel at home, also the village of Plakias and the surrounding area are really beautiful. I hope that like us you are lucky enough to know Giorgos and Maria, who we thank again for everything!

Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!

We loved everything about Villa Jazmin. The house was immaculate and comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 5. The pool is fabulous, it is much bigger than we expected and looked to be upgraded compared to the photos. It was well cleaned and looked after whilst we were there. The views from the house are amazing and we loved the large terrace upstairs. There are lots of amenities in the house such as gym equipment, washing machine, bikes and plenty of necessities in the kitchen which added to our stay. The location is great, very short drive to lots of different beaches and traditional Greek villages. Finally, the communication received from Nicole prior to our arrival was comprehensive and really useful and Sylvia was on hand whilst we were there for any questions we had. We would love to return!
