What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

Above and beyond. Our host was fantastic, took great care, just like an aunt would, with lots of tips and tricks, recommendations and advice on how to not fall for the old' tourist traps. Definitely recommend the place, it has a generous terrace with a very nice sea view. And again, Angela, our host was the nicest host we ever had in Greece, and we've been coming to Greece for the past 15 years. So, thank you, Angela!

We loved staying at Effi's, everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The rooms are impeccably clean and are cleaned everyday. The big balcony was also a big plus. There is a big yard facing the beach, so kids can play or you can relax in the shade and order a mojito delivery (good price) :) Effi was also very helpful and gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants. She also gave us a good tip for a restaurant in Paleochora (our next stop), which we loved - thank you Effi!

We had some minor problems with a room (some sewage smell) and the staff was really kind. Exceptionally kind. We got another room and it was amazing. They treated the problem really well. Overall the whole hotel is really good but I wanted to highlight the staff and/or the management for their work. Thanks

I just spent 2 weeks here at Mylos Hotel. I loved it. ❣️ Close to the beach were you have free sunbeds. Supermarkets, restaurants just around the corner. And the bus to Chania and other places, stops at the street. The rooms are very nice. It has everything you need. And the balcony is very big. Amazing. The girl in the reception is so very nice and helpful. I will come back again in September. Already booked.

We loved the extremely diverse breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional, particularly Babis and Zoi. The entertainment on Tuesfay evening with the band ... Panda was on par to a jazz bar. It's lovely to be able to spend a whole day only in the resort, if we wish too.
