Our stay in Santorini was exceptional, starting with the seamless check-in process. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed with their warm and friendly demeanor. They truly deserve high praise for their outstanding service, which was top-notch throughout our stay. They even took note of our request and ensured we got the best room available in our chosen category. The room itself was incredible, offering a unique and breathtaking view of the sunset—something you don't find just anywhere. The staff's timing was impeccable; they delivered our meal and cocktails just in time for us to enjoy the sunset from our room. The pool was fantastic, though it would have been even better if it were heated—just a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this resort in the future. Once again, a big thumbs up to the staff for their excellent service.

Loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of the ‘busyness’ but it was close enough to walk to the iconic points of interest. There was a rental car company right next to the property which was convenient because we rented one to travel to other areas of Santorini. The property was exactly as it was pictured online, it was very clean, beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Electra was very kind and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay there again!

We spent 4 nights in the Ruby suite. The manager gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely kind. You can order breakfast or brunch which is delivered directly to your room, and delicious. The terrace, the room, the private pool, everything was perfect. The suite is tastefully decorated and truly splendid. We even had a small kitchen so we could eat directly in the accommodation. The suites are close to Oia (11 minutes on foot), and the nearest beaches (15 minutes on foot). We had an excellent stay.

The hotel was perfect and the service was exceptional! Our host did everything to make us feel comfortable & welcome. A calm and beautiful location close to Oia and away from the crowds. The sunset view from the hotel is even better than in Oia. One thing I was worried about was the height of the ceiling as it has been a problem at previous hotels. This was not the case at all since the ceiling was very high, the room was bright and spacious with a huge outdoor place & bubble pool. 10-15 mins walking to Oia and bus stop next to the hotel with frequent buses, no need for taxi. Everything was absolutely perfect. I will recommend the property to all my friends coming to Santorini from now on!

We booked the Queen suites with jacuzzi on it, and it was magnificent! Most of the rooms are facing west, so you can definitely see the sunset while you're dipping on the pool or from outside your room. Although the TV was situated on the ground floor and not on the 1st floor, that didn't ruin our overall experience. It is also convenient for us since it's near Oia (4-5 minute walk) and the bus stop to Fira, as well as other restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was superb with lots of options to choose. The hotel's pool was good but might need cleaning occasionally since there are bugs floating and some dirt (due to the bad weather), but this is a really minor thing for us. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist Diana. She provided us with a breakfast to take to the airport due to our return flight being early. (Thank you Diana!) Overall, it was a memorable holiday and we're hoping to come back here at the hotel again during the summer! Definitely recommend it!
