From the moment I arrived, we were greeted by the most warm and welcoming owners who truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a fantastic stay. Located in close proximity to the beautiful lake, this charming small place offers an unforgettable experience. The owners of Guesthouse To Fragma are not only incredibly kind, but they also possess a genuine passion for hospitality. Their dedication to creating a delightful atmosphere shines through in every aspect of the guesthouse. Whether it's their attention to detail in the beautifully appointed rooms or their helpful suggestions for local attractions, they never fail to make you feel like a cherished guest. Throughout our stay at Guesthouse To Fragma, we had the convenience of having access to WiFi both in our room and in the tavern. This was especially helpful as we needed to stay connected for work purposes. While the WiFi in the tavern worked flawlessly, there were a few instances where the WiFi signal in our room was a bit intermittent. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall exceptional experience we had at the guesthouse. One of the highlights of my stay was the personal touch provided by the owners. They took the time to engage with me and genuinely cared about my experience. Their warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of comfort and made me feel right at home. It's rare to find such exceptional hosts who truly understand the art of hospitality.

fantastic view from the rooms and the restaurant. safe parking. very good restaurant. nice personal. the lady of the reception gave us an excellent tip for a boat trip on the lake.

Staff especially in the reception were super friendly and welcoming, big neat rooms (got a free upgrade) with a view to the pool and valley, 👍 sunbed areas and handy order straight to your bed with a nice variety in their restaurant from ice -creams and shakes to cocktails and actual meals. Nice that the pool was open until 8.30pm. We were traveling through many countries so could only stay one night but would definitely come again. Got a very nice price with an excellent breakfast.

Super clean and very warm modern apartment, with well equipped kitchen. The location is very handy as very close (5’ drive) to the harbour where the boats leave from. The landlord was very friendly, gave us some interesting information about the area and the wildlife we could spot, and ensured we had a lovely and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had an exceptional stay at the apartment. We were traveling to the lake to do some birdwatching and the location is perfect, just a short 10 minute drive from the lake port. Apartment is very spacious and cozy, as the name suggests, heh. Communication with the host was above and beyond. There is a cafe across the apartment building where you can get coffee, some finger food and even a beer or wine at night. There are also a few other good restaurants in the area, which Panagiotis told us about, Meintani is very nice. Highly recommended!

This is a cozy little house (one of the oldest houses in the village as we were told by the owner) that is beautifully renovated with a nice, big garden area. It has everything you need for a nice stay for a couple of days. The village of Kirkini is a calm place and you can reach the bars and restaurants in a couple of minutes by walking. The appartment is nicely equipped and we were also given some cookies, chocolate spread, nut butter and honey for breakfast which was such a nice little touch - besides of the coffee that was available at the appartment. If you are looking for a calm place to stay, listen to the sounds of nature, gaze at the stars and enjoy the calm vibe of the village while feeling warmly welcome by the local people - then we can only recommend this place. P.S.: it also had AC and the mosquito tabs. They really thought of everything!

A gorgeous little flat with all the comforts you would hope to find and more. Excellent in all respects. You can tell the host really cares to make guests welcome. She thought of all possible details and the rooms are absolutely spotless. The town has a vibrant atmosphere with a nice bar serving pizza in the main square, shops, bakeries and all you might need. Much livelier than the neighbouring towns. Really glad we picked this one!
