We loved our stay here!! Amazing place that I strongly recommend. The staff is very nice, the suites are clean, big, comfortable, with everything one needs to feel at ease. The pool is perfect, with a smaller one for kids. The garden is very well entertained and with respect for the guests, the view over the sea is beautiful. Even the road to reach the place is pleasant as it goes right under the mountains and all along the sea. Once in the property, you are at peace. There is absolutely no noise around and everyone knows how to make you feel comfortable and in holiday. Thank you for all the gestures you had (drinks offered and served very nicely at the pool, room upgrade, dinner at night etc). We will definitely come back, and with more people! I recommend this place to everyone. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!! :)

The place has a parking place, an open garage which is a very big plus for the area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bedrooms are big enough and the beds comfortable. The host welcomed us with a basket full of fresh local vegetables and fruits, home made jam and aromatic herbs. And also great olive oil. Owners of the property have created a picturesque little house which is cozy and far more comfortable than its size. Hosts were always in touch with me in case I needed something. It also had a nice little yard and a rooftop where I could stargaze for hours if there were no mosquitoes. The village of Pragmateftis is suitable for someone who wants serenity and quiet time. There are no restaurants, cafes or other similar places. At night the only sound was a dog barking from far away. Keep in mind that the village is not built for cars. At busy times parking is available not near the property but also not terribly far. Also village roads are narrow so for bigger cars some skill and some patience is needed.

Amazing location, secluded quiet beach within few minutes walking down from villa. hard to get to, from the road by car and walking down (not for easily scared drivers or anyone with problems walking few steep steps), but if it was easy then the beach would be crowded and not as amazing. So I hope the owner manages to keep it just as it is---simple and perfect! Also the owner is extremely nice, helpful and knows very well the area. Overall, a huge positive surprise to find such a quiet beautiful spot in summer within short drive from Athens.
